COVID-19 and what we are doing about keeping everyone safe.

The health and safety of our clients and staff as well as providing care for our patients is of utmost importance to us at Ulster Animal Hospital. .

  • We are still not allowing any clients in the building. We have a small facility and are unable to properly social distance unfortunately.
  • Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, please call the hospital at 336-8700 to let us know that you are here. When the doctor is ready for your pet a staff member will meet you outside of your vehicle. Please wait in the parking lot unless directed that it is a “drop off appointment”.
  • We are asking that only one healthy adult come to the appointment with the patient. If you have had a fever or any symptoms including a cough, shortness of breath, etc, please reschedule your appointment.
  • We are asking clients to call ahead for medication and food refills. Please call from the parking lot to let us know you are here and a staff member will take care of payment and bring your refills to your car.
